This company is one of the best I've worked with in the automotive services field. Professional, timely, fair. I paid $500 less than the "worst case scenario" since some of the parts didn't need to be replaced. Because they specialize, their technicians keep abreast of the latest technology for European manufacturers.

I have been dealing with them for about seven years now and they have always gone out of their way to make things affordable for me (I have Jaguar tastes and a Pinto pocket book), even allowing me to make payments on something that was more than I could afford at the moment but needed to have fixed on the only car I owned and therefore needed to fix so I could get around. The last car I bought had rims that I didn't like so I decided to swap them out with the rims on the other car that I was selling. I took it to Les Schwab to do that and they told me there was an issue with something in the wheel. I took it to European Motors and they looked at it and tightened whatever it was that needed to be tightened....right then, no waiting, and no charge. The same vehicle developed a turn signal issue (sigh...Jaguars) pretty soon after buying it. I took it in, left it overnight. They fixed it, no charge at all, not even for the part they replaced. You might say "see two issues right away" but it's a used car, used cars are going to have issues and Jaguars, especially older ones tend to get electrical things happening. I bought it 'as is' as we do with used cars so they had zero --obligation-- to even *look* at the wheels or the turn signal, much less to fix them free of charge. But...they did. The "old" Jag (the one I had before the above mentioned one) had an issue with the antenna. It wouldn't go up. I called and talked to them to find out how much to replace it. He asked me a few questions and then told me it might be the motor so instead of buying and getting a new antenna installed I should have them look at it first. It was the motor. It only needed a slight adjustment/replacement of something (I can't remember the details now...it's been a long time) and it took them like an hour total, diagnosis and repair both. They charged me like $50.00 if I recall correctly... including the part. Will definitely be visiting them the next time I need service or am in the market for a new Jaguar!

Ok, so after a Mercedes "Expert" shop in Lacey has my 02 ML55 for a week just to tell me "Uh, I dunno.", I almost gave up hope. Came across these guys and gave it a shot. Call back the next day and I'm told part one. They fix it, then part two, we wait for parts to come, they call me, I go pick it up. These guys found and fixed the problem without a bunch of up selling crap and got me back in my car. Mercedes had the part local for over a grand but he researched and found the same part on the east coast for a few hundred less. After all, I was given a quote of what the total cost would be, when I went to get it, price was exact same as quote, not a bunch of "Oh well we found this" crap. I am super stoked and happy with these guys, they are polite, professional and know what they are doing. I'll never go anywhere else again.

Service requested: 1. wiper (motor) diagnosis and repair 2. A/C diagnosis and repair 3. brakes diagnosis and repair Service performed and results of repairs: 1. new wiper motor ordered and installed. WINDSHIELD CRACKED DURING REPAIR, NOT NOTICED BY MECHANIC, RETURNED TO CUSTOMER - THEN AFTER PICTURES WERE SUBMITTED ONLINE VIA EMAIL, DAMAGE ACKNOWLEGED AND REPLACEMENT WINDSHILED INSTALLED AT NO CHARGE. ENTIRE DAY REQUIRED BY SHOP FOR INSTALL WHEN ONLY 1/2 DAY PROMISED - NO LOANER VEHICLE OFFERED, ONLY A ONE-WAY RIDE TO AN APPOINTMENT ON JBLM - COULD HAVE AVOIDED ALL THE INCONVENIENCE AND HASSLE WITH MORE CAREFUL AND PROFESSIONAL REPAIR TO BEGIN WITH. 2. several hoses replaced and an A/C component replaced. THE REPLACEMENT COMPONENT WAS LEFT RESTING UNATTECHED ON A FRAME MEMBER, ON TOP OF THE EXACT MOUNTING HOLES IN THE BRACKET OF THE REPLACEMENT PART. PERSONALLY POINTED THIS OUT TO SERVICE MANAGER WHO INSTALLED TWO SIMPLE BOLTS ON THE SPOT. DISAPPOINTED IN AN UNFINISHED JOB WITH SUCH A SIMPLE AND NECESSARY SOLUTION. 3. rear brake rotors and pads replaced. IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING THE SHOP, DROVE WITH A CONSISTENT SCREECH AND SQUEALING SOUND DURING FREE DRIVING, BRAKING, AND CORNERING. RETURNED TO SHOP AND MECHANIC CAME OUT TO PUT CAR BACK ON LIFT AND 'PUT THE DISC GUARD BACK IN PLACE - IT JUST SLIPPED OVER A LITTLE BIT SOMEHOW'. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN A SLOPPY FINISH TO A VERY CRUCIAL COMPONENT. Car was given an appointment on Monday morning and left the shop on late Friday afternoon for the 3 service requests listed above. Service Manager mentioned a mechanic who was out sick and another who needed to 'be let go' as part of the problem in taking 5 days to perform these services. So, make your own choice to have work done at this shop.
