Best place I have ever been to, the guy Kraig is very honest and has a good heart, you can tell he cares about his customers. I brought in my Audi TT, that I purchased from an auction. He was able to find issues that no other mechanic had. He also took pictures to help me understand what exactly was wrong with the car and the options I had in regards to repair. If you want an honest and affordable mechanic, look no further, this place is about as good as it gets!

I was so nervous about finding a new mechanic since recently moving here from out of state. This place came highly recommended by a friend and I'm glad I took his advice. The guys here are very knowledgeable, honest (do what they say they can do, and say upfront what can or cannot be done) and do excellent work. (In our experience, work got done much faster than expected too; that was a nice bonus.) Oh, they're nice too: They took the time to explain what the issues were, discussed cost and options up front, and didn't treat us like idiots; my husband and I both have some auto/mech experience and these guys were my "2nd opinion." They are my new "goto" Jag mechanic! Yay!!!

Had posted a negative review on here. Trying to remove it because that was regarding the previous owner. The new owner followed up with me, and my review is not appropriate to the new business. I no longer have my Mercedes, but if I did I'd give the new owner a shot. That he took the time to call me and explain to me the situation, but more importantly want to listen to my experience says all you need to know really. I truly hope the new business does well, and folks support our local business owners. I put this up because I can't figure out how to delate the whole post, or I would.

The people at European Motors Service Center are SINCERELY good people. They do an EXCELLENT job working on the your vehicle and with you. I've been there twice and each time they took care of the job with no problems. And the coffee is GREAT. HIGHLY recommend for any of your EURO needs. Thank you guys. Your the only place i'll take my BMW.

Joe and team did an excellent job on my Porsche, he stands behind the work and his word. Great company, easy to schedule, nice waiting area with free wifi. This team has integrity, you can tell they care about the customers.

I took my newer Porsche there for service they did a really great job. Prices are very reasonable and much less than the dealership.

I have had my bmw 15 years with 200,000 miles on it and have been to many auto repair shops!!! Without a doubt this is my favorite one by far. They are extremely knowledgeable,friendly, thorough and get the work done in a timely manner.

Used to evaluate a make necessary repairs on a car (Volvo S80) from an older family member. Very thorough in their inspection, and fixed the problems encountered. Worked hard to keep the bill reasonable. Very pleasant to work with and very professional and knowledgeable staff. They have worked on my personal cars for several years now. (95 Jag XJS and M-B S500). Highly recommended.
