The only surprise I had was how quick the work was done. Especially since the car had to be sent for a front end aliagnment when their work was done. I dropped it off late Tuesday morning and got my call early Thursday afternoon. I could've spent that much time locating a shop and making arrangements for the aliagnment.

Friendly, professional , staff who delivered what they had promised. Called when they said they would and anticipated my questions and needs. I left with a feeling of confidence and trust in them and the work they performed.

I liked the process European Motors did for my vehicle. It was effective and efficient. One thing I would suggest for the management is to provide a customer with detailed 24 check serviced for future references along with the receipt.

Back for more services. Great job. Very professional.
