I don't recommended them. They didn't know my car had a security system. They have Ford guys hammering away at Mercedes. This is Washington, you get the point.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. Unfortunately you car never came in for any "security system" issues. You had requested a new ignition lock be installed. I have only good words to say about the Staff at European Motors. in Lakewood. Wa. I have a 2005 Jaguar S-Type and they are the only shop in town that has worked on it , including service . I recommend them Highly . That also includes any domestic automobiles.

Wasn't real impressed with this place. Took my Mercedes in for a small repair, ended up paying much more because they broke the tensioning mechanism. Took our Volkswagon in for some work and got it back with a blown head gasket that they said they were not responsible for and still had a broken down car after a large repair job. Spent a lot of money there and still had no car to drive. Just my two cents worth

Mr. Cooper we nave no record of your name in our system. If you would be so kind as to give us a call it would be appreciated (253)582-3606. It has never been a practice of ours to break a part on a customers can and not take care of it free of charge. As to the Volkswagen also not a practice of ours to conduct customer service in such a manner. If you are referring to Melissa Cooper's repairs in 2012 and 2013. All apologies, those repairs were made under the old ownership. This review does not reflect the ownership and business practices as of 04/01/14.
