I don't know anything about cars and when my car broke down I started panicking that it'll cost me an arm and a leg to get it fixed, especially a lot of shops in the area saying they don't work on BMWs too much I thought dealership was my only option (which I didn't like the idea) I was able to call in and arrange having my car towed in and Kraig was very assuring that my car would be taken care of. The whole process was so easy! AND it was a whole lot cheaper than getting a new car (which I was contemplating). Overall I had a great experience and would definately return for any future car trouble *knock on wood*
