I had a terrible experience. I came in asking for a quote on two specific things I already knew were wrong with my car. They told me to just leave the car and they’d check it out and call me with the quote. So they called me with an extremely over priced result, and I gladly declined. Then to find out they charged me 61$ Because they checked my car out, although I already told them exactly what needed to be fixed. ? They told me nothing about this fee. They are a rip off and they will nickel and dime you if you let them.
Mr. Tatge, We are sure you had utmost confidence that you were in need of a window regulator. How ever it is and never will be our practice to guess as to what a repair may en tale. We diagnose and confirm needed repairs. You were informed of everything step by step. The other repairs that were needed were a coolant leak and a timing belt that looks to never been serviced since 2004.
