Joe and his crew were open, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful! They gave me a very accurate assessment of what I could expect for the cost and they stuck to it -even though they encountered a few challenges along the way. It is never enjoyable spending money on a car, but I have total trust in them and, for me, that is the most important thing. I highly recommend them!

So far so good for the 08 GTI thermostat replacement- looking forward to summer months. With all my questions, Mr. Joe was a professional and had patience. Very particular about who and how much I spend on repairs for my car- cost was reasonable and warranty on their work exceeds the VW dealer. They also provide military discount.
