Thank you owner for your reply. Unfortunately, you're a reflection of Dyllan's behavior. You were not present during the conversation. Please check your cameras. I was not rude. My wife and I did have concerns (which is our right) and we questioned your employee after he requested more funds and stated 'if we paid again he doesn't have a crystal ball our back up camera and radio would work.' You didn't fix anything for free sir/ma'am. We paid $1,371 for nothing. It has now been repaired from a reputable company. Best wishes and please take accountability as I don't take microaggression or assumptions lightly and you shouldn't either. Take care and just work on having a clearer perspective as a leader. Mr. Marshall you were charged for a battery cable and to check why your audio system was not working. We found a blown fuse... You were charged for 30 minutes of our time to do that portion. You were also notified verbally and in writing on your invoice, you would more than likely have other issues due to the fact fuses do not blow for no reason. You were extremely rude to our staff, refused to listen and expected everything we did for free. Even after we looked at it again for free!! This is when you were asked to find another shop because you are not a good customer. Your attempts to do a charge back on your credit card for our goods and services has been denied twice now. We understand you just bought the vehicle we understand your frustration. You bought a used Land Rover without doing due diligence. If you don't like what you have been told seek a second opinion. Please do not be upset at us for your decisions.
