I’m very glad to know that European Motors is right around the neighbor hood from my house here in Lakewood. Even though I had missed my original appointment by accident, they did take me in the fallowing morning and said they wood take care of it. Not only did they fix my problem but also gave me a ride both ways since I’m due for hip surgery and could not have walked it both ways. So thank you Stefan and Kraig !! I requested to have my steering fluid changed as a result of my power steering light coming on and power steering not working and scan the car for codes. Additionally, I asked them to check my brake fluid and coolant in case they were due to be changed. Left my car there all day, no call that my car was completed. I called and was told that I would be called back right away. Half an hour later I called back, because I'm in Olympia and had to leave immediately to pick it up before they closed. They said it was done and nothing was found wrong and I could pick it up. I went to pick it up and they said all the fluids were fine and they didn't change the power steering fluid as requested. On my way home I lost power steering. I emailed them that night to reschedule the car to have the power steering fluid changed and address the light on the dash. It's been almost a week now and I still have not heard back from them.

The repair to the correct the operating problem on our 2003 Audi A4 convertible was done promptly.

European Motors has always been my go-to shop to service my Porsche. They are trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Don’t go to the dealership for services. There are places like European Motors that do a better job all around.

Recently went to European motors. Car wouldn't start and all signs were leading to something major like fuel pump or turbo failure. Turned out to be something very minor and easy to fix they were very honest and helpful overall had a great experience with them I would definetly recommend to anyone and I will also continue going to them for any future car problems.

I knew the sunroof was going to be difficult to repair but they worked hard until they got it right. They called almost everyday to keep me updated. Great service.

European Motors was amazing when I took my wife’s VW Beetle in for window repairs. Extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. The entire staff was great! I would highly recommend them.
