Although appointments were booked up, they allowed our vehicle to be dropped off to do diagnostics in between jobs. The diagnosis was thorough and pointed out multiple items that needed attention. Their hourly labor rate is a little lower than BMW dealerships and they do offer military discount, which helps manage the repair expenses and slightly elevated parts prices.

First time customer and had an excellent experience! Kraig was able to get my new (to me) Disco in quickly when others had a 4 month wait... got answers right away for all the concerns i had and even dealt with the dealership on their portion of the repairs directly! Will definetly use again if the need arises! Thank you!!!

I’m not one who typically leaves reviews at businesses… actually, this is the first review I’ve ever written. I just want to thank Kraig and his awesome team for the unbeatable job they did on my 2018 Audi A4. I called European Motors this morning and was almost instantaneously greeted by Kraig. I needed a full brake service on my vehicle to include: Brake pads (front and rear), Rotors (front and rear), brake pad sensors (front and rear), and a brake fluid flush. Kraig was able to get me in that day, order the parts, and replace everything as needed all within a 5-6 hour time frame and I was effortlessly able to pick my vehicle up before closing. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another Audi dealership for service so long as I live in the Lakewood/Tacoma area. Thank you guys so much again for the amazing job! And thank you for supporting the troops! It’s hard to find businesses that do these days.

Outstandinsg service and customer service

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you all know that European motors did a good job diagnosing my Porsche 911 which included resetting the codes. The only issue I had was when picking up the vehicle brakes were not functioning like vacuum system was not working. I did speak with Joe and he said they will troubleshoot issue when I take car back.

This place is great to work with. My BMW X5 has been in for repair and maintenance and these guys are on it! Craig's customer service is tip top and repairs/maintenance is done quick and efficiently. My car will definitely be coming back here for any need it has!!
