Associates were great! Not happy with the warranty place cause the inside of our steering wheel wasn't covered

There is a reason for the overall 4.8 stars reviews. I give them a 5 stars for their excellent job, employees are very communicative and honest. I highly suggested it for Anyone. Prices are incredibly great for the quality of job they do, I’m very happy with their service. Btw an update for those military personnel, they offer military discount. Update: April 1st 2024 I received a call from European Motors, regarding a current concern that I was encountering with my Tiguan, and because I though I was out of warranty and didn’t call them first to clarify the inconvenient, and thinking that they will not care since I’m another state. European Motors did reach out to express interest in helping me solve my problem with my Tiguan, regardless they are located in another state, way far from where I’m at. I am aware that taking time to take care of a customers that might not be able to visit them, is worth mentioning and I recognize the quality and professionalism this action represent. I was super happy with the outcome when I took my Tiguan the first time to them and they will again take it to them if I were to be in Washington again. Outstanding customer service.

I’ve gotten my breaks done and now an oil change and they are always nice and fast I really like this place

If I could give this less the one star I would. So I brought in my audi today and I just asked them to replace my motor oil, They did but during the fixing they called me and said a false things! My Audi was perfect!! After I picked it up I noticed the the wiper fluid was gone (I just added some a few days ago) I did buy some more but there was a big leak!! My car is NOT perfect. DON’T GO HERE!! I wouldn’t recommend!!

The vehicle you brought to us was in a front end collision. The "body shop" that did the repairs did not hook up your head light washers and the hoses are hanging behind the bumper leaking fluid. You we told this. The brakes that were also new had grease applied to the friction material and the rotor surface. We would strongly recommend you get a second opinion or return to the selling dealership you purchased this car from. In its current condition and the braked being coated with grease your car is 100% unsafe to drive. We are sorry for the disappointment but our customers safety has and will continue to be out top priority.
