Although I brought my 2003 Audi A4 convertible in for a new battery, a vehicle inspection revealed a frayed belt and need for a new air filter. I was informed of the needed parts and the cost of repair. The work was done done the next day.

Avoid this place at all costs! They are extremely dishonest, and will tell you that your car needs expensive repairs that it does not need. I took my VW Tiguan here because there was a scraping noise when I went over bumps. They told me that it needed a new Transmission and a bunch of other stuff which totalled over $10,000 (more than the cost of the car!!). I was skeptical and took it to another shop. They told me that it absolutely did not need all of that work done and they fixed my issue for less than $200. I have now heard another similar story about this place where they told somebody that they need a new engine when they did not. Please save yourself the stress and money and take your car anywhere else.

Your transmission has a differential bearing that has failed to the point the axle shaft is flopping around in the transmission. If you were able to get this repair done without replacing the transmission we would very much like to meet the person that was able to do this. We are sorry you did not get the answers you liked and you felt there was any sort of dishonesty. We can only report our findings and make recommendations based on those findings. Dishonesty is a stretch and actually a false statement.

My experience was professional and my car runs like it’s brand new I’m highly appreciative of the work done on my car .trust me if u want your car fixed right go to European auto .

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! After two other mechanics failed. They were the shop that could figure out and repair my rare VW. I avoided costly repairs from the dealership because of them!! This is now my mechanic! Thank you European motors!! David C.

I had high hopes for this place because it is a locally owned business, but was I wrong. I brought my vehicle into this place and had my gas gage replaced, new breaks and a tune up. That was the end of May. I’ve had to take my car back 4 times for the same things that they where supposed to “fixed” Welp long story short. My gas gage still reads 100 miles off (I was told by Craig that was normal) Craig also told me that they only need to take 2 wheels off to my car to check all 4 breaks. (😒) Like really.! The second time I took my car in was because I kept smelling gas when I would fill up or turn a long corner. I guess the fuel gasket was rolled up and old (that’s what they said) and they tried to charge me for gas. I told them can’t they store charge that since this has been going on for a few months and I’ve waisted so much money and gas from the gasket they used being old and put on wrong. Instead Joe told me to get out and threw my keys at me. I just wanted my car to feel safe while I drive with my kids. European Motors have done the opposite and now I’m scared to drive my car. Literally wasted $2700+ and a lot of time with this place. Never again.

Running your car out of gas is not our fault. Refusing to listen to the information you have been given is not our responsibility. Shouting down people that are genuinely trying to help you posting half truths and flat out lies about the service you received is still not getting you a refund.
