The service that I’m so happy about was the replacement of my left front light and left turn signal. My vehicle was completed in a timely and professional manner.

Tried this place because they have raving reviews but I will never be back. None of the emails I received prior to my service stated that my car would be kept for 5 hours for a simple oil change and brake line flush. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was told it would take 3-5 hours for the service as they had not even ordered the parts yet. I understand having other cars to work on or not wanting to waste money or parts on people who cancel last minute or don’t show up for their service, however I had no ride arranged and had to Uber home because none of this was told to me in any of the emails prior to my appointment. The only consolation I have is that I was only charged for an hour and a half of labor. In total the services cost $380, this seems steep to me, my dad, and my diesel technician boyfriend. Will never be returning and will be telling my friends and family of my experience.

Great place and really knowledgeable mechanics that really fixed my car and were honest and upfront about what needed to be done to make my car safe and perform the best it can will definitely use this place and recommend them to anyone who has an European vehicle
